Common questions

What counts as an "event" in Deetable?

Any booking that occupies a space: conferences, galas, corporate meetings, social events, university ceremonies, trade shows. If it's on your calendar and your team is coordinating it, it counts.

Do vendor accounts cost extra?

Vendors are free to join Deetable when invited by a venue. Vendor access is always included — you pay for your venue's subscription, not your vendor ecosystem.

What does the free pilot include?

Qualified venues get full Professional-tier access for 30 days. No credit card required, no feature limits. We'll onboard you, set up your spaces, and help you run your first events in the platform before you decide.

Can we switch tiers as we grow?

Yes. Upgrade at any time. Downgrade at your next renewal period. Enterprise customers are on custom annual agreements.

What does "up to X events/month" mean if we go over?

We'll notify you when you're approaching the limit. We never cut off service mid-event. We'll work with you to move to the right tier.
